Returns

  • No Returns: Once an item has been purchased and shipped, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure you review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellations

  1. Before Dispatch:
    • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the item has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
    • To cancel your order, contact us at prakratikaura@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. After Dispatch:
    • Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Damaged or Defective Products

  1. Eligibility:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide a video of the unboxing process along with clear pictures of the damaged product.
  2. Resolution Process:
    • After reviewing the video and images, we will determine the eligibility for a refund or replacement.
    • If approved, we will process a refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for:
    • Orders canceled prior to dispatch.
    • Verified damaged or defective products (subject to submission and review of unboxing video and images).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method after approval.
